Melissa Bordelon
President & CEO
Melissa Tryniecki Bordelon has served as President and CEO of the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce since 2015. She is a creative thinker, strategic connector, and collaborative problem solver. A “people first” person, she embraces her life and leadership role with the best interests of others and long-term growth and success in mind.
Raised in Hammond, Missy earned a BA in Communications from Southeastern Louisiana University and an MBA from Mississippi State University.
As a dedicated Chamber professional, Melissa holds Institute for Organizational Management (IOM) certification and is a Business Leads Fellow with the US Chamber of Commerce. She served as the 2023 Chairman of the Board for the Louisiana Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (LACCE) and completed a one-year term on the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI) Board. She has also served as Director of Programs and Events with the St. Tammany Chamber and as Annual Fund Director for Southeastern Louisiana University.
Melissa is a graduate of the New Orleans Regional Leadership Institute (NORLI), Leadership Tangipahoa, and Leadership St. Tammany. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Leadership Tangipahoa and has also served on the boards of NORLI and Leadership St. Tammany. One of her favorite roles has been serving on the Hammond Northshore Regional Airshow Steering Committee since its inaugural 2018 show.
Melissa is an "original" New Orleans Saintsation. A Southeastern Lionette, she also is a founding member of the Southeastern Lionette Alumni Chapter, and later served as Director of the dance team.
She and her husband, Nic, have three adult children, two sons-in-law, and two grandchildren: Kelsey and Jake Kojeski, James Bryce Bordelon, Karley and Nick Fontenot, and grandchildren Serena and Nathan Fontenot. Best days are those shared with family, good food, and great music.

Olivia Graziano
Communications Coordinator
Olivia Graziano is the Communications Coordinator for the Tangipahoa Chamber, where she combines creativity, strategy, and a passion for people to help local businesses thrive. Raised in Chalmette, Louisiana, Olivia relocated to the Northshore following Hurricane Katrina and now proudly calls Hammond home. In her role at the Chamber, she leads communications efforts that strengthen member engagement, increase visibility for local enterprises, and support the organization’s mission of driving regional economic growth.
Olivia is recognized for her dedication, relationship-building skills, and innovative approach to problem-solving. She was selected for the 2025–26 Leadership Tangipahoa Class and is a 2025 Northshore Media Group Forty Under 40 honoree. She has also participated in the Southeastern College of Business' Emerging Leaders 2025 cohort. Whether she’s crafting content, coordinating campaigns, or assisting with events, she plays a key role in advancing the Chamber’s impact across Tangipahoa Parish.
Outside of work, Olivia is a proud wife to Michael and mother to their bright and fiery daughter, Margot, and their sweet new baby boy, Owen. Olivia also stays actively engaged in her community through her lifelong love of dance. She teaches at Lemoine Academy of Dance and assists with the Southeastern Lionette Dance Team, finding joy in mentorship and creative expression.
With a heart for service and a talent for connection, Olivia continues to uplift her community both professionally and personally.

Tiffany Yeargin
Office Coordinator
Tiffany Yeargin serves as the Office Coordinator for the Tangipahoa Chamber of Commerce, where she brings more than 12 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within the local small business community. Known for her professionalism, strong organizational skills, and positive energy, Tiffany plays a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the Chamber runs efficiently. Her ability to anticipate needs, streamline processes, and manage details with precision makes her an invaluable resource to both the team and Chamber members.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has built a reputation for her can-do attitude and commitment to excellence. She thrives in collaborative environments and is passionate about helping others succeed, whether she is coordinating logistics, supporting events, or assisting colleagues behind the scenes. Her approachable nature and willingness to step in wherever needed reflect her dedication to both her work and the broader mission of serving the Tangipahoa business community.
A longtime resident of Tangipahoa Parish since 1999, Tiffany is a proud graduate of Ponchatoula High School. Family is central to her life, and she shares her home with her mother, cherishes her role as an aunt to her two nephews, and is a devoted dog mom to three Goldendoodle-hound sisters. Her strong community ties, combined with her heart for service, continue to shape the care and enthusiasm she brings to her role each day.
